Jadeja's 'JADU' captures Sri Lanka, India's 'VIRAT' victory on Virat's 100th Test
It is like the story of Sri Lanka being subjugated by Jadeja's magic, the story of surrender. Or it could be said that Sri Lanka's pathetic submission to Jadeja's cricketing aristocracy. Along with Jadeja, the entire team was able to tick in every department. Especially, the way they have
batted and bowled. This may be a small example of how strong the Indian Cricket Team is. Small example, reason is that Sri Lanka is not equal to India. However, in the climate of the Indian subcontinent, both Sri Lanka and India have equal opportunities. This is the difference between the two teams. Winning a Test match in three days by an innings and 222 runs - incredible. Follow-on in a Test match - very embarrassing even if the defeat is like that. The Sri Lankan team will have to look forward to recovering from this injury. India won the toss and elected to bat first. Jadeja's unbeaten Selfless 175*, Rishabh Pant's impressive 97, Ravi Ashwin's 61 and Hanuma Vihari's 57 helped India reach a mammoth total of 574-8. In reply, the Sri Lankan team lost the sense. Apart from Pathum Nishankar's unbeaten 61*, the Lankans could not show much more. In fact, Sri Lanka were bowled out at just 174 in the first innings. Jaddu himself envelops the Lankans in JADU with the ball. He took five wickets in the first innings. The Indian team gives follow-on. Dimuth and co. went down to bat for the second time in the same way. They finished with only 178 runs. Dickwella scored 51* runs. Jadeja and Ashwin took four wickets each, while Mohammed Shami took two wickets. Rohit's start as Test captain is worth remembering. At the same time, the 100th Test match of Indian cricket icon Virat Kohli will be memorable for Indian fans. The Sri Lankans will have a panic like that- the proof of this is the voice of Sri Lankan captain Karunaratne in the post match conversations. After a big win by an innings and 222 runs in Mohali, India and Indian fans are now targeting the Pink Ball Test match in Bangalore.
